Seated Lat Shoulder Raise on Bowflex or Similar Weight-Lifting Machine (or Dumbbells)


Seated lat. shoulder raise Picture
1) Sit on the bench, facing away from the engine.

2) Keep your chest up, abs tight and maintain a slight arch in lower back.

3) Grasp the hand grips (or light dumbbells), palms facing back, arms straight at your sides.

4) Keeping your arms straight, move them forward, leading with your forearms, until arms are extended in front of you at shoulder height.

5) Arms may be moved alternately or together.

6) Slowly return to the start position next to the torso.
