Lying front Shoulder Raise with Bowflex or Similar Weight-Lifting Machine (or Dumbbells)


1) Sit on the bench facing engine.

2) Grasp the hand grips (or light dumbbells), palms facing down, arms straight.

3) Lie back slowly, supporting your head on the bench.

4) Keep your chest lifted, maintaining a slight arch in your lower back.

5) Keeping your arms straight, move them in an arc upwards until they are directly over your shoulders.

6) You may perform this move with both arms simultaneously or one at a time.

7) With controlled movement, slowly return to the start position.
