Oblique (Elbow to Knee) Crunch

1) Lie flat on your back, bend knees at right angles and point your left knee out while you bring y our left foot up and place it on top of your right knee.

2) Place your fingertips to the side of your head just behind your ears.

3) Curl up just enough to lift both your shoulders off the floor a few inches.

4) Twist so that your right elbow touches your left knee.

5) Hold that position contracting your abs as forcefully as possible as you breathe out.

6) Repeat for the desired number of reps before to switching to the other side.
