Kettleball/Dumbbell Chop

1. Grab a dumbbell or kettlebell and hold it with both hands above your right shoulder.

2. Rotate your torso to your right.

3. Swing the dumbbell or kettlebell down and to your left knee by rotating to the left and bending at your hips.

4. Reverse the movement to return to the start.

5. Complete the prescribed number of repetitions toward your left side, then do the same number on your right side, holding the dumbbell or kettlebell over your left shoulder.
